Self-Assessment Tool For SMEs (SAT)

SAT is a self-assessment tool designed to evaluate a company’s ability to introduce and create innovations. Based on a structured questionnaire covering economic and organizational aspects, the system analyzes responses using expert judgment and multi-criteria analysis to generate a comprehensive innovation capability profile. The assessment provides percentage-based insights into strengths and areas for improvement across various categories, helping businesses enhance their innovation strategies.

This prototype was developed as part of a software consultancy project for an Internet-based decision-support system aimed at fostering innovation clusters under the “SME Innovation Capacity Boost” (SMEInnoBoost) initiative, co-financed by the Interreg Balkan-Mediterranean 2014-2020 program.
